Vintage wooden doll from Japan
These wooden Kokeshi dolls have been crafted for more than 150 years. The traditionell form of the dolls is very simple and with no arms or legs. Since the 1950s the dolls are hand signed by their artists - usually on the bottom but also on the back. This wooden doll is old and has traces of use. Each Kokeshi Japan doll is unique.
