Decorative and hand-carved - the wooden Buddha bust is definitely a real eye-catcher. The Buddha bust was hand-carved and hand-painted in Thailand. The expressive sculpture is several decades old and has signs of use such as worn areas and cracks in the wood. A unique piece!
This large wooden sculpture comes from the personal collection of a globetrotter whose house we were invited to clear out. A whole house full of beautiful things - handicrafts and unique pieces from all over the world. Many of these beautiful unique pieces are made of wood, handcrafted and expressive. The collector had a great fondness for sculpture and handmade sculptures - a craft that he practiced himself in private when he was in Germany for a longer period of time. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to determine the country of origin of some of the unique pieces - for others we know. At the end of the day, each piece speaks for itself.
